I strolled into my local CVS the other day and was practically face to face with a gigantic cutout of Emma Stone wearing this hot pink lip stuff. She's the girl of Revlon right now and her pretty pink lips beckoned me to pick up the new lip balm and try it!. The evil ones of Revlon of course didn't give us that nifty little tray full of swipey pads with the lip balm so I had to cross my fingers I'd like it. The advertisement claims they're a Just Bitten Kissable lip stain. At the time, it was on sale for $8.99 and you got one 50% off with your CVS card when you bought one.
I trooped home with the colors lovesick (Emma made it look awesome!) and romantic. They're like gigantic crayons so it's kind of hard to mess up your lips. They have a light mint scent and they go on smoothly AND they last a heck of a lot longer than any other lipstick or stain I've tried. They wear off like lipstick in the way that leaves the lining of your lips colored like you penciled them. Plus they don't have some funky weird burning sensation like some other stains I've tried (cough covergirl cough)
I went back and got the honey color but unfortunately it was now just $6.99 with my CVS card..oh wait! Tricksters! That's almost what the price of the other ones were on sale! Anywho..I'm digging them and even though the lovesick is a tad bright for work..it's a hot color for a date!
Not that my hand is such a great judge of lipsticks but hey it's as good a place as any so you're not having to send myspace face pics to everybody you've told about these!
